Mute Notifications on scheduled time NOT working

Hi

I just set up rules so that between working hours All Devices Notifications are Muted
This includes Cameras and Sensors form my Store

But I am still getting every single notification when the doors are opened AND closed, AND when cameras sense motion.

I created a set of rules that Unmute them at closing hours and other set of rules that Mute them at open hours… but I guess there´s something I am missing ?

Please post a screenshot of the rules. Hard to troubleshoot without some idea of how they are configured.

The notifications are supposed to me Muted From
Monday-Friday 9:30am-7:30pm
Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm
And Unmuted in between







I think you have too many rules and they may be conflicting with each other. When a rule has a start and end time the action toggles from one state to another. For example, if you want notifications off during business hours, you need one rule for Monday through Friday with a start time of 9:30 am and end time of 7:30 pm disabling notifications. Notifications will re-enable after 7:30 pm until 9:30 am the next day. The same for Saturday. The rest of the time the notifications should be on.

Forgot to mention that changes won’t take affect until the next time period.
