Their response is wrong. The zone is only to begin a new session of tracking once there is no motion detected (above sensitivity threesome) for a full 15 second. It is only applicable afterwards, when yes, the rotation/view field resets.
Yea I have this issue too, the person and be standing still and let’s say they move their arm or just shake a little it will shoot hard left then hard right and continue to go back and forth instead of just following the movement.

Nope. I simply just stopped using that feature.
