Missing Event of me falling

Today I fell but my camera didn’t capture it as an event. How do I fix my settings to possibly find the video? I got the camera to capture events like this!!

Try selecting the “Motion” button in your above picture. This should display all Event Motion captured.

It’s weird. You are subscribed to Cam Plus because you have Person and Vehicle detection, but it’s still taking screenshots instead of recording footage. Also, it looks like you have a 5 minute cooldown. I think your camera is stuck in a limbo between subscribed and non-subscribed.

Are you doing Continuous recording to microSD? That would be one way to retrieve the footage, by checking your local storage. Have you tried filtering the Events screen for Person Person? If so, then what does that show?

If you’re concerned that the Cam Floodlight Pro didn’t capture the fall as an event, then sharing details of your  Settings for that device might be helpful to begin some troubleshooting. Screenshots can be particularly useful for that.

Thank you for the feedback! I purchased the device because I was reasured it didn’t require a separate card or a monthly subscription to capture motion/events and that I could download to my phone or laptop.

Also, I was never able to use the “free trial” because I wasn’t able to log in to start the subscription.

Oops. I forgot Floodlight Pro have “Vision AI” so it has built-in Person and Vehicle detection, but since you are not subscribed to Cam Plus then you will not have any recorded footage in the cloud and still limited by the 5 minute cooldown notification.

You will need a microSD card to see your continuous recording. Please note Wyze’s notification is tied to an cloud event so there is still a 5 minute cooldown if you don’t subscribe.
