Such a goofy cat. He showed up, sat down to think about something and probably forgot what he was thinking about. 
Another minute after the video ends he finally got up and had a drink of water.

Yeah, I was thinking he looked constipated too, but it’s extremely unlikely. Cats avoid going anywhere near their food or water sources. Their instincts hate it. He was just glitched out for a minute. 
MFP is fine and he enjoyed his dinner of grilled medium rare boneless beef short rib last night. Cheap cat didn’t even leave a tip.

I know he is the “Boss”/ Manager of Weeds & Water but he should at least leave a tip for the 
Besides that he wasted at least 10 minutes of my 256GB SD card.
To me, it looks like an impatient customer seating himself at the low-class diner and then waiting for service. He appears to be looking around while considering his options and also thinking, “Isn’t somebody gonna come take my order? What do I have to do to get some 
service around here?!”
When my cat wants food, he will sometimes sit quietly at his “empty” bowl (even if it’s got a few pieces of kibble in it) and wait for service, or he’ll take a seat in the room where I am but be facing the door ready to stand and walk whenever I decide to move the slightest bit in the direction of where he eats.

MFP should have made a reservation if he wanted food. That is the first time he has stopped at Weeds & Water in the last few weeks, he has just been walking by on his way to another establishment.

I think you’re misunderstanding the type of business MFP runs here. There are two kinds of small businesses. Owner dependent, and owner independent. MFP signed up for the owner Independent type of small business. It doesn’t require the owner to be part of daily operations. He’s got automated processes in place, delegation, etc. This is an automated, turnkey, passive income business for him. He just does random inspections to make sure everything stays up to his standards and expectations.

Bah, nothing to do with law and everything to do with business organization and profit margins. As a random example, lets say MFP needs 100Fish to maintain his lifestyle. If he earns 150Fish then he can hire a manager for 50Fish to run everything for him and now he makes 100Fish in passive income even without having to work (though he can if he wants). Now he decides he wants to grow, so he offers his manager a growth bonus. For every X amount of Fish in Growth they have from the previous quarter, MFP will pay his manager an additional bonus of Y amount of Fish for his quarterly bonus. Now his passive income is increasing because his manager likes getting more and more income and bonuses so he keeps finding more ways to increase their revenue.
So what kind of business he’s running is less about law, and more about choice. He could get rid of his manager and do it all himself and then he gets to keep 150fish instead of just 50fish, but then he’s doing a lot more work and he decided he likes having a passive income more than having to work himself.
His choice is to eat all the 
and to deprive all the Weeds and Water paying Customers an enjoyable evening meal.
