Hi @thillock , thank you for your patience.

We’ve released a new Pan v3 firmware beta 4.50.16.6242 that fixes a microSD card detection issue. The SD card behavior should be similar to 4.50.15.4800.

Would you be willing to try it and see if it improves the issue?

Hi @mrbillonline , really sorry for the trouble this has caused.

Could you please help submit a device log through the Wyze app and share the Log ID with us? It would be best to submit it right after the issue occurs.
