Here’s my personal experience when I had a problem similar to yours with an Amazon 64 GB microSD card.
On your PC, completely erase the card—for example, using MiniTool Partition Wizard. Or, if you know how, use Windows’ own diskpart tool.
Then don’t create any new partitions. Insert the microSD card into the camera and let the camera initialize and format it.
That worked for me.
