Long hold times

whats with the long hold times and long waits for an email response here?
i have now 2 bad v3 cameras, sd card, yearly subscription to PLUS, many HOURS
on phone and email and it still does NOT work.
why is tech support in the phillipines? this company is a not good.

I called this morning at 9:05 Pacific time, and the phone was answered on the second ring. I had a 20 min conversation about my ticket from 1 March 2021. The support person who I talked to was very helpful and they are going to send me a replacement base unit to see if that will solve the issue I have with the 4 WCO. I called 1-844-999-3226
