Anyone know how to reach a human at customer service?
I just call the number and wait if I want to talk to a person:

Or sometimes I want to deal with support at my convenience by email:

Email is good for dealing with something over several days in cracks of time that are convenient for you. If you call by phone, I have heard that calling earlier is quicker. They can have some backed up hold times later in the day. I just put my phone on speaker and do something else while I wait for my turn. Phone is best for getting something handled a little quicker (ie: mostly in a single event, rather than over the course of several emails spread days apart).

OK, it’s now 2025 and I guess customer contact is not much better.
I have WYZE pan v3 that absolutely does not work right. It’s a lemon. I have called them twice spoken to the AI to direct me, spent 20 minutes on each call and never got an answer. Basically, I need an exchange or a return. This product does not acknowledge the waypoints I put in and instead spends it time sending me notifications about people on my deck which are actually tree branches blowing. I’m frustrated and need some support in what I think is probably a pretty basic issue, either there’s some adjustments I need to make or the camera is no good.
