Lack of communication for support

So I got my base station at the beginning of the month and it was almost a week before hearing from tech support when I submitted a ticket. Gave me basic instructions on what to do but didn’t suggest sending out a new base. Another 2 weeks pass and I get another tech support to write me back. Decides they will send a new base station. I emailed order number and asked when I would be expecting the new one and I have yet to hear another response or receiving shipping and here it is practically September. The support via email is not responsive at all and needs to be looked at

You should also try the support phone number: tel:+1-844-999-3226 You can get a faster response.
@dr.know has also tagged the Wyze employees so they know about your issues.
