I have to account one from my home and the other for my business three months ago I logged out from my business account and then I logged in on my home account currently you guys blocked my IP I can’t log it in even if I reset my my account password thousand time so the easy way to fix this by vpn instead off throw all wyze Cameras garbage and switch for blink Cameras but today even VPN doesn’t work! Are you guys doing your best to lose your customer? Because all of your update worse than the other
VPN are not supported for security reasons. You may find some work and others don’t.
Wyze won’t usually block your IP if your in one of their supported countries. If your sure your being blocked you can contact security@wyze.com and they can look into it and potentially unblock it.
