I have a Wyze Lock Bolt with Fingerprint Keypad and for the last couple months I have been frequently unable to see or download history for a period of a few days onto the iOS app. Is there a fix for this or an easy way to troubleshoot and fix this?
I would like to be able to see the status of the lock in the app via wifi, I understand configuring it via Bluetooth, but not having visibility if the door is successfully locked on the Garage, or other doors outside is not very helpful and kind of defeats the purpose.
