Hello all! I set my Wyze Cam 3 in my garage that when it senses motion, it triggers a Wyze bulb and a Wyze plug connected to garage workshop lights. The trigger is to turn the bulb and the plug on for five minutes. I have set the camera sensitivity very low and added a narrow detection zone. The automation is through Wyze. The lights turn on as expected; however, when the lights turn off I believe that that they trigger movement and immediately turn on again and continue a on-off cycle every 5 minutes. How can I setup the automation so that the trigger “cools down” for 5 seconds so that the lights turning off don’t trigger the lights to turn on again?
Unfortunately I think the only way to do that would be to subscribe to Cam Plus so that you can use “AI” detections and limit it to Person (vehicle would still probably result in false detections, assuming you have a car in view of the camera).

The camera detects motion as changes in pixels. Lights going on and off change pixels. This is a common issue with using the cameras for motion to trigger lights. Best bet is to use an actual motion sensor to detect movement and, as @dave27 suggests using CamPlus to trigger only on detection of a person, However, either way, you need to purchase either devices or a subscription.
