Motion sensor suddenly stoped working. Tried everything

When you say tried everything, what did you try?

Also, with Android here are a few things:

  • Go to the App, Account, App Settings and Clear Cache
  • Shut the App Down by Swiping up on it
  • Long Press the App Icon and go to App Info
  • Go to Storage and Cache, then Clear Cache from here as well. Do Not clear Storage
  • Then back out one menu and do a Force Stop.
  • Close App Setting by swiping up
  • Restart your phone or tablet

Then try again

If this did not correct the issue, try to uninstall the app and load it again. That corrects some issues related to notifications.

I have tried uninstalling,reset,restart,reset on the cam,uninstall the app,delete the cam. I have tried everything I can think of, only live fees no motion sensor.
