Same thing happening to me. I live alone, so I can’t have this happening. Unfortunately I had to return my Wyze outdoor camera and get a Ring doorbell.

Hi @Packers01 - unfortunately that wouldn’t work for me as I have four V3s that look out on to quite large areas of fields which are extremely dark. I have 940nm IR illuminators that invisibly light up the areas and the V3s see the area at night as though it is daylight ( but in black and white of course)

My doorbell (the only thing I pay for service on) almost never has videos available in the cloud. I have full 5 bars of WiFi, latest firmware, a 400x400 fiber internet connection, and no issues with any other devices.

All I can see is a thumbnail, and error 06 failed to retrieve from the cloud. Contacted support months ago and was told it was a known issue being worked on. Makes me want to drop the service, I can’t go back and watch anything so what’s the point?

@Phalkon30, if you are on Android try force stopping the Wyze app and restarting it. It works most times for me.

Just had an update to the app and the annoying bug of not deleting the events correctly if you view the events list from old to new HAS BEEN FIXED!!!
