I just ran the lated firmware update on my cams running camplus lite legacy package and now they stopped recording to the cloud. the event notification just has a new graphic logo on the bottom right and when you click it to view the 12s clip, you cant play. the play button is in a new spot on the bottom right and when you click that it says "want to record full length videos for future events? try cam plus for free today! then start free trial. i dont want to try the free trial, just keep using my 12s i always had with camplus lite.
Sorry your having this issue, only thing I can think of is either delete the cam and set it back up or delete your cam plus lite subscription and sign back up. May be easier to delete the cam first
