If you generally like app v3.x and all was well in the version directly before 3.4.5.650 you might consider sideloading it as @StevenA suggests to get quickly back up to speed.
Then change the Google Play Store settings on your phone to prevent the Wyze app from being auto-updated again (to the version that’s not working for you.)
Monitor the forum thread for subsequent releases and don’t accept an update until comments suggest it’s ‘safe.’
