My wyze battery video doorbell camera is constantly saying offline with a code of 3005 there isn’t anything wrong with my connection and I’m getting tired of seeing it everyday… I bought this camera for safety but unfortunately I’m not feeling safe since I can’t see who is at my door… I have checked and done everything possible to fix the issue but nothing… I wish they would fix the problem… I don’t have any interference and my tv and phone are running fine I even checked the Internet connection and speed everything checks out fine… tired of paying out each month for something that doesn’t work properly…

The first thing I’d suggest when seeing something this is checking your wireless security settings. I would have occasional disconnects and difficulty getting my Battery Video Doorbell back online when I was using mixed-mode WPA2/WPA3 security on my Wi-Fi, and switching to WPA2 only seemed to help. A Wi-Fi extender might be useful in a situation like this, as well, and an inexpensive one that I’ve had good results with is TP-Link RE315.
Tired of camera saying offline
I’m so tired of my camera saying it’s offline when I’m not having any issues… I know I only pay $3.17 a month but I’m getting to the point I’m about ready to cancel that… I bought this camera for my own protection and I can’t depend on it do to the fact that it’s always saying offline especially when I need it the most… please correct this issue or I’ll cancel it and find something better and more reliable…
