Why do I keep getting signed out of application using Android?
Consistently get kicked and have to sign in and ‘trust this device for 90 days’ approximately 15 times a day. Its aggravating and makes it impossible to use the dang camera in a timely manner. Can someone please shed light onto why this may be occuring?
Can WYZE fix this issue sometime in the near future before I go nuclear? I’m paying for a service that is near impossible to use in an adequate way or in the way the product is marketed to consumers. Fix it.
Are you using a VPN or doing something else that’s causing your connection to Wyze’s servers to appear to be changing IP addresses frequently? That’s the first thing that comes to my mind as a potential cause for what you’re describing.
I also wonder if you might be doing something—or possibly having a third-party app on your phone doing this—that frequently does some sort of “clean-up” and may be deleting the cached authorization token for the Wyze app that would normally preserve the persistent login (at least as I understand it).
I have no issue with VPNs, but my cache is probably left intact. You can disable 2fa or is that just for old-timers. I only use the browser to access the forum. Never had any issue on the app, also through a VPN.
Logging in that ID could be painful. I would rename it to bob3000.
