June Community Survey - Please share your thoughts!

Hi, everyone!

My name is Gwendolyn and I’m a Senior Digital Community Manager at Wyze. We’re starting a new initiative of regular community surveys to generate more quantitative data about community perception of our communities, Wyze, and our products.

This survey should take 10 minutes or less to complete and the information provided will not be shared outside of Wyze. Responses to these questions may lead to follow-up surveys and investigations for experience improvements.

And…add me to the list of those who completed the survey. My number one “Wish Wyze would change” request won’t be considered or done for a long, long time yet, but I was honest anyway…Home Assistant capability (preferably with the ability to work just locally on the intranet and not just cloud dependent, but even through the cloud, Home Assistant functionality would be nice).

would have scored wyze higher but don’t feel that they care that the doorbell doesn,t pair with my phone. They got their money so who cares no one at wyze

What do you mean by you can’t pair it to your phone? Like, you can’t even stream the video live or anything at all?

Every time I try to review a video it’s an 09 or 07 error I have sent logs in. Reset the the doorbell still the same result.no answers from wyze on what to do
