Posting this in case anyone at Wyze Sales Ordering team has any idea what’s going on.
I’ve placed an order weeks ago and the following is it’s sequence.
Place order > order number on screen provided > Credit card charged > confirmation email received > order shows in my account > order goes through stages and picked and shipped.
Now the issue I’ve got is I’ve placed several orders in recent weeks and once I ge the on screen order number I don’t get anything else nor does it reflect in my account however the credit card is charged instantly.
I’ve called support numerous times and they eventually have to create a manual order recently and previously manually push through.
This isn’t normal practice and so trying to figure out what’s causing this issue for me. I’m using a STACK MasterCard for my orders.
Has anyone faced similar issues?
