Issues with event recording with subscription to cam plus lite

Continuing the discussion from Cam Outdoors ceased to allow video recording after Cam+ cancellation:

Having trouble getting any recording clips from camera since I subscribed to cam lite. No 12 clips or recording of any motion events. Double checked all settings and all are as should be. Any ideas on how to fix or anyone else having same issue?

Did yo assign the Cam Plus Lite to the cameras in your account. I have 4 WCO on CP Lite and they all record without issues. Critter cam is a WCO.
