I’m not much of a smartphone user and right now it’s not working. I’m having a few issues which I would normally begin to troubleshoot with a device reset. I login on the website and alexa to view cams.
One camera has begun to pickup sound, my doorbell is not recording video,
Also sometimes events show blank. No picture/video, just a time, and it seems like that’s only while I am gone.
Universally there’s seldom a master switch to reset all devices. But in general, I think on a Wyze cam, you can unplug it from power so it loose connectivity. Then power it back up, holding the Reset button for 30 seconds. That might fully cause it do lose the configuration.
I have been able to unplug them but it hasn’t changed anything. A master reset would render my cameras useless to me unless I buy a new phone.
