The instructions I see online about going to services from my.wyze.com are inaccurate when I try to do the same thing. The only options I see in My services are to choose cam plus or cam unlimited or home monitoring.

I have a wyze cam pan V1 purchased in 2019. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here. I just want to record videos of motion that’s detected. It used to work fine up until the last time I checked, maybe December 2023.
The Wyze backend servers are currently not working correctly. Haven’t been since February. They are aware of problems and “they’re working on it” but I don’t expect a fix anytime soon since it appears in the app that some great new service announcement is coming. (So, new before fixing broken.)
Just wondering if you were able to add the Cam Plus Lite?
I’m getting the same thing and support staff on the tickets don’t seem to be aware that we can’t add cam plus lite anymore.
Not sure if this is related to your issue, but Wyze has redesigned the backend to “helpfully” move all your cameras to CamPlus Unlimited if you have that. This maybe related to your issue as well.
