I got a sim 32 card and inserted it into the outdoor webcam3 and signed up for the 11 day trial period service. I also signed up for the 1 license one year subscription but have it off to the side until the trial period runs out. I clicked all the boxes for the notifications but nothing has happened. I also have a error 6 and read up on that on how to resolve it. But right now I am just experimenting with the outdoor web cam 3. I have never had anything like this before. Does notifications work with the sim card as well as the online service for continuous viewed video when something moves it activates it.
You should be receiving notifications of events with or without the Cam Plus service, with out it the recording is limited. The CamV3 uses no sim card like cell phones do, but you can record to a SD card and with that you can have continuous recording take a look at the FAQ and the Wyze Cam Plus | Upgrade Wyze Cams & Activate Wyze Subscriber Discount Code for more Info on the service, as well as the Cam V3 info page for how recording works.
Under Account > Notifications , what ones are on ? Are the type you want on for each camera?
