A friend of mine has an iPhone and says the Geofence feature doesn’t work. Can someone tell me what you have to do on an iPhone for ALWAYS ON location tracking, background usage, and stopping any battery saving features?

I haven’t played with location triggers for Wyze automations lately but did get it working before.
iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Wyze
