iOS Record feature in "View Playback" only records and saves the extreme upper left corner of the full video

Wyze App: iOS, same result from both iPhone and iPad
Cam v3 Firmware Version: 4.36.8.15

Top image was snapped with the “Take Photo” button, and works fine.
Bottom image is a screenshot of the video playing in my iPad Photos, taken with the “Record” button.

As you can see the recorded video is only capturing a small portion of the extreme upper left of the view. How do I fix this?

SOLVED

Had my camera set to 360p due to spotty WiFi at my pasture fence. Switching that to HD allowed the Record feature to output the full video.

That will make a difference for sure. This V3 cam is on SD today. Picture and video
