iOS App promting for re-authentication

Any suggestions why the Wyze app looses my password every few days and requires me to re-authenticate?

I have several other apps that require authentication and store passwords successfully which are not prompting for the password every few days.

iPhone, iOS 12.1.2
App version 2.1.16
