Introducing Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell - Released 10/21/2024

While I do appreciate a new Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell has been released, has anything been done to actually resolve the pre-existing issues with the Doorbell V2? I continue to experience issues with the Alexa notifications that just stopped working sometime in June/July time. I have logged a support ticket, submitted logs, but just have them promptly closed. Unfortunately my house never came with a built in chime, I was hoping Alexa notifications would resolve this for me, but when it stopped working, I have missed many people at our door. I have purchased another camera atm, just to use the “camera as a chime” option. Is there any plan to sell a stand alone chime that can work with the V2?
