It seems odd that that on buying a camera outside the U.S., you are encouraged to use the Cam Plus trial (which works well), but in fact you then are excluded from subscribing for the service. This is a great shame.
Mine was the other way around,no trial I subscribed and there is no support here in Australia
This is because Wyze is a U.S. Company so many of the products and services are designed for U.S. users only.
Yes they are indeed a US company, but many such company’s offer global support in this day and age It’s a shame as the product is really very good.
