Cam pan does not connect to the Base station only the WYZE Cam Outdoor v1 and v2 do. The Cam Pan connects to your 2.4GHz wifi network. Make sure your phone/device is on the same 2.4 network.
Yes, the issue with Pan and Tilt is as stated. Pan an Tilt will not reconize the barcode during setup.

Sometimes taking a screen shot of the barcode and enlarging it helps, but I’ve never had an issue just moving the phone closer and further until it reads it.
If you have a privacy screen protector that can affect it as well, in which case you might need to print out the screen shot and use that.
My problen may be the Password.
Where do I find the device passwords?
The only thing in the QR code is your Wifi network name and password. I can’t tell you where to find your wifi password, if you’ve left it at the default it will be on your router usually.
The cameras themselves do not have passwords, they are all under your Wyze account login, which if you’re in the app and doing the setup, you’ve already put in the password.
Is it the router Password or the Wyse account password?
You need the password for for 2.4 network.

Got the same results on the Base Station “next” not accessible and it couldn’t read the barcode on the Pan and Tilt.
You are totally 100% confusing.
Why are talking about a base station and a cam pan. Lock the cam pan in the bathroom and lock the door.
If you are trying to set up a Base and a Battery powered WYZE Cam Out door version 1 or version two start with that first, it’s not that complicated. Plug the base in to power and then plug it into the router.

Exactly, what are you trying to do with the base station other than see the outdoor cams connected. You pair the outdoor cams with the base station if you have not done so already. Max of 4 cams per base station. I see a wco3 listed. If you can’t open the base station try restarting it. Whatever you do, don’t delete it from the app. Try an ethernet connection if you are on wifi.

Sorry, but there is a disconnect. There is a base station showing and are saying when you click on it to add a new wco, it will not open? If so,
Have you tried unplugging the power for a minute or 2 and then plugging back in to have it rediscovered.
Have you tried resetting it?
Have cleared the app cache under “Account > App Settings > Miscellaneous” then logging out and restarting the app?
Was the base at anytime ever removed from the app and reinstalled? If wifi, is the mobile and base on the same network? Is it 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
Post any troubleshooting you have attempted.

I have done all.
Tried to install the Pan and Tilt Camera.
Checked WIFI Password and it is correct.
Heard reaady to connect. Checked the Box and the Barcode came up.
Moved the Phone to veriose locatios.
The Next never became active.

Failing all of this, create a log for Wyze Support for a defective cam and request a replacement. No warranty if 1 year or older.
Was this a used or eBay purchase. Cam maybe permanently bricked.
