Initial Feedback based on new order and customer service

I order multiple wyze devices , excited to use them and see how it works for my home. till now my experience was not that great.

Had faced some issues during ordering, customer service team still working on ( very slow service) , sync issues with website and app( shows different list of product, services & price) . customer service has very less visibility and decision power, i had to share screen shot from wyze website to explain them stuff. ( logically they should have access to their own stuff ; funny)

Lets see how it goes after i receive product and get my ongoing issues resolved
