Indoor/Outdoor Batt Cam V2

I bought 2 used refurbished V2 indoor/outdoor battery-operated cameras from Amazon. Both needed updated one did not update. I returned it, got another one. It would not update either. Are there other suggestions different from the two routines that are already available Already in documentation?

If the firmware is available, download and flash the firmware to the cam. I am not sure if Wyze is still actively supporting the v1 or v2 at this time. First check to see if firmware is available to download.
