Can you post a screen shot of your in app notification page? Account - Notifications.
I really donāt think this has any effect on these popups since it is a Push Notification setting and it is most likely off anyway, but Wyze has hidden a notification setting in another menu as wellā¦
At the very bottom of Account ā Push Notifications there is an additional setting for News & Updates.
Again, probably not a contributing factor here, but worth mentioning if it is doing something it is not supposed to do. Certainly wouldnāt be the first time if that is the case.

I am tempted to pull some of my cams from CP just to test see if it will start spamming meā¦ But I am testing the beta build right now that already has enough going on.
IMO the Marketing Department @ Wyze needs a bit of oversight from the Common Sense Department.

These ads never happened to me when I had CP. I have canceled the service 6 weeks ago and now, I receive them around 2 times a day. I have toggle off in-apps notifications with no effect.
Agree - I think it angers people (at least me) more than adds business.

A little over a year ago, I was subject to these popups when I was on an older app version because of a glitch that kept spamming even though my cams were all on CP. I remember that frustration!
My only hope is that Wyze takes notice and tightens the reigns on the Marketing coders. It really is a significant long term detriment to the user experience.

Nope. Still there! I still canāt access my events because of a popup ad that freezes my screen.

I think the ads have gotten worse lately not better. Worst marketing, it has had the opposite desired effect.
