Tuya (Smart Life) and IFTTT finally got their acts together and started actually acting on the “Person is detected” trigger, so I set up an Applet to activate the Wyze “Record a short video clip” action when my PIR sensor goes off. They show up as an “Scene action” in the Wyze app events log.
Only not all of them do.
The camera also has motion detection enabled, so it can have motion events in the log. I’m wondering if “Scene action” actions are ignored during the camera cool down period.
Can anyone confirm or deny this theory?
