IFTTT integration for door being open too long

I have a Wyze Garage Door Camera/Controller as well as a Door Open/Close sensor. I’d like to get an IFTTT event if the door is open for longer than X minutes. I know I can get a iPhone notification but I want to generate an e-mail or txt message to my phone instead. Can you please add a way for me to automate this either directly through Wyze or though IFTTT.
