It says that I’m a new user. And it will not let me upload my videos of raccoon gymnastics. Clearly I am making some error. Anyone want to correct me? I have posted in the forums and I have asked questions. So clearly I’m doing something wrong.
You’re not doing anything wrong. According to your Forum profile, you joined this community very recently. Your profile also indicates that you’re currently at Trust Level 0, which means that you can’t post any attachments aside from images, but if you want to post a video, then getting to Trust Level 1 (see the link) doesn’t take much effort.
As I look at your “STATS” line, you’ve already met the criteria for TL1, so the system may need a little time to catch up with you and recognize that. If that doesn’t happen soon, then we can ask a Moderator to take a look for you.

Thank you so much! I have a tremendous video of Rocky the Raccoon hanging upside down by her feet and I just really want to share it with everyone. Okay I just really like it. Thank you for your help. I find this app a little confusing. I will work on earning trust!

I see that you’re at TL1 now, so you should be good to go for uploading a video (as long as it’s under the maximum file size; the platform will warn you if it’s too big).
This platform took me a while to figure out, too, but I really like the way it works.
