I have 5 different Wyze cameras and the thermostat currently. Very happy with them and the service that Wyze provides. I wish all products were available to Canada. I got a notification about your spring sale, jumped in and got the ultra body scan scale and two pack of window cameras and a lavender set of headphones. Got all excited that they were on sale and went to pay to find out the scale and window cameras are not available to Canadians. 
. Is there a reason that only certain products can be sold to your Canadian customers? During a troubleshooting call I found that I couldn’t order your SD cards either. Please let Canadians in on all your products!

When I did a quick search for relevant Wishlist topics, I saw one result for Scale, but it’s several years old:
As with any Wishlist topic, you can visit that one to click or tap the Vote button above the initial post and share your ideas and use cases in the comments to show your support for the product and feature request/suggestions that are important to you.
If you search more extensively, you might find a better Wishlist topic for your request. If you choose to spend some time with us here in the Forum and advance past the new user status, then you can try creating your own topic there after reading How to Use the Wishlist.

I like my black Headphones and thought they were available in black and white only (and I’m disappointed that they no longer sell the replacement parts kit). I also like and still use my green Buds that are no longer available, but I don’t ever recall seeing lavender Headphones.

Unfortunately I doubt I can be of any help. All I have is V3 and V4 cameras. Most of them I’ve purchased from Home Depot and directly from Wyze. Haven’t had any issues being in Canada except being unable to use Alexa integration as it requires US account.
