Hey folks on 01/27/2020 I captured a break in on the Wyze Cam. Right now it is in the on my SD card I think I only have 12 second clips. Is that right? How can I obtain all of the footage from that night and place it onto a thumb driver or disc so that i can hand it over to the local authorities?

Did you install an SD card in the camera? If so, and you set it to record either events only or continuous recording, it would be there. Otherwise, you can download the 12 second clips from while viewing the events. On my iPhone I just tap the video and a download icon appears. They get saved to my camera roll if I download them.

I have SD in 2 of my 3. Really should in all. They aren’t expensive

If it is footage in a SD card you have in the camera (viewed via playback from liveview) take the card out or turn the camera off so that it doesn’t save over the oldest footage, which may be the footage you want to save. If all you have is the 12 sec event cloud saved clips ( the event tab stuff) then you have 14 days to download and save that.
