I keep getting charged

I didn’t know where to put this but I keep getting charged. I canceled my subscriptions yet. I just got a charge on the 22nd of February 2026. I don’t know what to do.

See in Dec 2025 I see a Charge.. thinking.. I thought I canceled all this. So I think hmm maybe I missed it. So then I canceled it all. I just got a Charge Feb 22 2026 $3.08. I stopped using this camera. So I go look and.. what are the odds what I canceled is no longer canceled. No.. this kind of thing has never happened to me before. Wyze seems like a great company but.. twice of this happening is odd. LOL you can’t just email them. That email is not monitored…you know the support one. You come here and.. where do I ask this post this? Do they see it or just the community which is not going to help no offense., Yes I will have call. Easy to just get the charge card replaces so they can’t oops we charged you by mistake. And no.. they will not refund.. duh it has to be my fault..

I suggest that you login to https://my.wyze.com/ and go to your account and cancel there. It sounds as if you are on a month-to-month plan and you are simply canceling that month, not canceling the plan.

If you have been trying to cancel via the phone app, its not taking.

You can also contact Wyze Support directly at 206-339-9646.

@sam_bam Not to be pedantic, but that sort of thing is also a bug. It’s really weird for a person to cancel something and only mean “yeah, just for a month lol”. That’s a “service pause” not a cancellation.

It also sounds like the “month cancellation” isn’t even happening, since he’s been charged each month.

It’s still probably a good idea to go to the website to see if it’s a connection issue or a glitch, but there’s zero chance the company should think he means “just for this month” when he’s cancelling his subscription.

And I hear you. I was trying to give you a solution to your issue. But if you trying to fix “the system” for everyone, press on.

I don’t know, I don’t care if this is a glitch or intentional. But many companies, make extreme efforts to make cancelling a subscription or service 10 or even 100 times harder to sign up so they can continue to collect. I am sure you know this, but even if not, know now.
