So I followed the steps in support to add my chime to the doorbell, but when I go to settings once opening the gear tab, the accessories tab I’m supposed to click on is not there at all… anyone else have this problem? And hopefully a fix? Thanks!
Which doorbell version are you trying to do this on? What version of the app are you using? Providing as much specific information as you can upfront will help with troubleshooting.

I don’t think it is the Doorbell VDBv1, otherwise the Accessories would have popped in the Settings.
I don’t have my VDBPro installed, so I’m not sure what that settings UI looks like as it pertains to the Chime Pro that comes with it in the box.
If it is the Doorbell V2 though, it has no Chime Pairing capability with either the V1 Chimes or the Chime Pro, so it wouldn’t have the Accessories option at all.
Yep. Waiting on specifics from the OP to see if its maybe an old app issue, misunderstanding of whichever doorbell they have, etc.
