I have the old wyze app on my android J7. I change my cell phone to the andoid a13.
I tried to download the current wyze app to my a13 and it wouldnt let me stating not available for my a13. My girlfriend has the android s24 and the current app downloaded ok on her s24.
Now I am looking for the wyze app in google or playstore to try again for my a13 or j7. I cant find the wyze app at all to download. There is an app on playstore called wyze cam manager. Is that it?
I do have the wyze website to view live stream on my wyze camera. I bought the wyze battery cam pro so how do I add a new camera to the livestream website? There is no option for adding new device
I think what @StevenA is suggesting is your only realistic option unless you get a new phone. Since v3x of the Wyze app was released last summer, it requires 64-bit Android to install, and the phone models you’re describing—Samsung Galaxy A and J series—are devices that are older and/or in the low-to-mid range for performance and features.
See this other very recent topic for additional details and pointers to more information:
I don’t know which specific app you mean, because when I search I see several apps with “Wyze” and “Cam Manager” in their names, none of which appear to be official apps from Wyze Labs. I would tend to avoid those unless you have a particular reason to trust them.
You’ll need a working Wyze app for that, so you’ll have to grab an older v2.50x app from a non-official source like APKMirror or APKPure or use a newer phone with 64-bit Android that can install the current production app from Google Play Store.
