HELP PLEASE ! had to wipe my samsung A13 phone. now cant get legacy app. (new app “App not compatable”) I have Many WYZE cameras. WYZE Chat says" tough luck get a new phone"

What third-party sources have you tried? I think generally people who want to obtain the older (v2.50x) Wyze app probably get it from APKMirror or APKPure, but there are others.
Since v3x, the Wyze app has required 64-bit Android, and that’s likely why Google Play Store (which I imagine is what you’ve tried) is telling you that it can’t be installed on your device.
Be aware that the older app can’t fully control some Wyze devices. For instance, the new Bulb Cam doesn’t even show up in the list of devices that I can add using my phone running the v2.50x app. I was able to add it with a newer 64-bit app, and the older app can see the live stream when I have that camera in a group, but I can’t get to that camera’s full Live Stream screen using the older app. Depending on what Wyze devices you’re using or intend to use in the future, that might be another incentive to switch to a different phone running 64-bit Android.
