I have blinking lights on my front porch as part of my holiday decorations. I get 5-minute “Person Detected” alerts many times per hour from the front-door cam facing the area. I have been giving them thumbs-down and saying “lighting change” in the feedback, but it’s a pain when there are a lot of them, and I don’t expect the AI to “learn” very quickly. How can I shut that down without turning off all alerts on the cam (or turning off the lights)?
Unfortunately turning down the detection sensitivity is your only option and may or may not help. Motion detection relies on a certain number of pixels changing and flashing lights will almost always trigger that.
Detection zone or changing the angle of the cam may or may not help also, depends on your situation.
