Aloha.
I keep getting prompts to share my video recordings with Wyze. This is for my doorbell pro and pan v3 cameras.
Is there a method or procedure to disable this feature as I can’t really think of a time I would want to share any videos.
Mahalo in advance
Can’t you just ignore the prompts? You don’t have to answer, you can swipe up to get to the next event.
A case can be made for sharing the video with Wyze and correct the Tagging if it is wrong. Should help to train the Wyze AI.
I CAN ignore the prompt, but the question was “how to disable this feature”.
Mahalo for your response though.
You have to beg Wyze to do it for you. With a mountain of bugs to fix, I don’t think they will accommodate.
But there’s a distinct risk that in doing so, Wyze is likely to break more things.
Anyone know if Tiny Cam Pro prompts you to share a video with Wyze?

tiny cam doesn’t.
Then Tiny Cam Pro might be the solution for the OP.

OP is viewing cloud clips I believe. That won’t be possible in tiny cam. I haven’t used it but I believe tiny cam has its own subscription service.

TinyCam does have a Free and Paid version. The TinyCam link above does state Cloud Event playback on selective models.
I have the paid version (the pro). When I got it years ago, the only difference is that the pro has a separate server like what docker Wyze bridge does. It does have its own cloud service and I’m not sure it can stream Wyze’s clips.

Maybe the OP can try the Free TinyCam App and see which one is most useable.

This only happens with cloud/AI smart recordings as far as I know. I’ve never been prompted when viewing from SD card. Another reason not to pay for a subscription I guess.
