My original wifi router died. Getting a new one. After I install it, is there an easy way to connect all the cameras to new router without deleting them and starting over?

Absolutely! When you setup your new router, use the exact same SSID name and password as the old one.
All your devices (and your phone most likely) will log back in never knowing you upgraded the mothership.
