How to add a new camera to my cam plus light account

Just bought a new indoor cam v4. It did not link to my account. How do I fix that?

Need more specific information. The V4 doesn’t work with CamPlus Lite. Did you add the camera to your account via the app? Do you have CamPlus or Cam Unlimited?

Yes, added thru the app. I have my 2 outdoor cameras connected to cam plus lite account. What camera products connect to cam plus lite? Any alternative app (free) that will work with this indoor camera?

Can you return the V4 and get a V3? Here is a list of cameras that are compatible with Cam Plus Lite.
