How many infrared lights should be on the front of the Wyze cam Pan ver 3 ??

There are 4. All the same at 850nm wavelength. Two in the upper right two in the upper left near the lens.

then why do I see 5 red lights ?

Four Ir lights and one status light?

The bright LED at the bottom is the status light. That can be disabled in the settings. The LED IR Emitters should only be able to be seen when in IR Night Vision Mode.
