nearly 20 Minutes I’ve been trying to figure out how to add my wyze cam og to my unlimited cam subscription. I don’t comprehend or understand Where to go? I don’t understand why this can’t be as simple as last time but I guess they like to update apps confuse people. I don’t see any instructions on the site. can some one dumb it down to me on how and were to go?
Based on other recent posts, it seems at some point they removed it from the app. Log into the website, go to your subscriptions, and it will be there.
I think during the setup of the cam it may ask you also, but maybe the removed that also.

AFAIK, once you signed up for Cam Plus Unlimited then you are automatically forced enrolled into it for all your cameras. If your OG camera is not enrolled, then I recommend you to delete the OG camera and set it up again. I had to do this for 3 of my cameras previously. I’m guessing this reinitialized Wyze’s backend system to add cameras to Cam Plus Unlimited properly.

I just noticed that one of my OG cams that I just installed a few weeks ago did not auto enroll into CAM Unlimited. It was an older CAM, I’m wondering if it’s due to firmware needing to be updated.
