Horrible customer service 🥴

My base station is not working. I was sent a credit to buy a replacement base station off of the website but they have been out of stock for months. My cameras haven’t worked for months now as a result. Wyze won’t do anything about it even though they have the Starter Bundle in stock that has a base station in it. They would rather me be without cameras for months than be a good company and cover their stocking/production issues. I have over 20 wyze products integrated into my home but I’m starting to ask myself why i use this company when their products are unreliable and their customer service doesn’t resolve anything.

Oh and i did ask for an additional credit to cover the cost of the starter bundle but they refused my request. So… still left with no base station and no cameras.
