Unable to arm or disarm from App or Keypad. Erro message: Mode Switch Failed. Multiple calls and emails with support with the following conclusion from Wyze Support: “This request will now be closed as we are unable to offer any further troubleshooting. Please keep an eye out for future app and firmware updates. If the issue persists after those updates, please continue to submit logs so that our engineers can continue improving our devices.”

So effectively I have an alarm monitoring contract and no way to get the system to work. Anbody have ideas? I tried the local sense hub reset I saw others tried - no luck. I am willing to DELETE the hub and start the install over but am wary that I will have a problem linking back to my paid monitoring account and Wyze wont give me any procedure or options.
